Meet Our Instructors


Morgan Ewing

Chief Instructor - 1st Degree Black Belt

Sensei Morgan Ewing is the owner and chief instructor of the Kempo Academy of Fairfield. He continues to study under the guidance of Master Scott Craigue, and Sensei Michael Nahan. He is a graduate of  Instructors College for Teaching of the Martial Arts (ICMA). Sensei Ewing earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History from the State University of New York and also holds an associates degree in massage therapy from the Swedish Institute of massage in New York. In addition to perusing Martial Arts Sensei Ewing has studied and taught Yoga and Dance.  He also has a life long interest in and passion for outdoor sports. He has traversed glaciers in the Andes and in 1998 led ten teenagers on a 500 mile canoe trip in the arctic circle.  Sensei Ewing is currently nationally ranked at 1st degree black in Chinese Kempo. 


Kevin Sadoski


Sensei Kevin Sadoski is the assistant instructor at the Kempo Academy of Fairfield and has been teaching martial arts for over a year. He is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University with a bachelors degree in Fine Arts and is currently studying for his MFA in creative writing at Fairfield University, class of 2017. During his undergraduate years at Franklin Pierce, Kevin participated as a sprinter for the Track and Field team. Sensei Sadoski is currently training for his 1st degree black belt in Chinese Kempo Karate and Black Sash in Tam Tui Wah Lum Kung Fu under the instruction of Master Craigue and Sensei Nahan.
